We are contracted with multiple lots, businesses, and living complexes throughout South Bend, Mishawaka, and Elkhart. Any vehicles impounded were instructed to be picked up by said lot, business, or complex owner and/or management. 

We do not create the grounds for impound, nor will they be argued with us. We simply do our job when hired to do so.

Impounds are released Mon-Fri from 9am-4pm. You will need to bring your ID along with a proof of ownership (title or current registration) for your vehicle. You must have a current proof of insurance to drive your vehicle from the lot. Payments for impounds are cash only. Storage is $65/day for normal passenger vehicles, this is in addition to your tow in fee. Vehicles will be held for 30 days before ownership is forfeited. You can call 574-472-1277 to request your impound amount before coming in, and schedule a pickup time by phone or online.

There are no exceptions for releasing hours, payment method, or documents required. Impounded vehicles will not be released to another tow company, insurance company, or individual without the owners permission.
